Fees and reimbursements
The fees listed below are for private treatment in 2025. If physiotherapy is covered by your health insurance policy, different rates apply and I will bill your insurer.
In 2025, the practice has contracts with all insurers, with the exception of Caresq, Salland and Zorg en Zekerheid. If you have a policy with one of these insurers, you are eligible for reimbursement of a certain percentage of the fees for private treatment listed below.
If this applies, I will send you my invoice and you can forward it to your insurer.
Please check your insurance policy to see what is covered. If physiotherapy is not covered, the following rates apply.

---|---|---|
Intake and examination (with referral) | 45 minutes | € 69,25 |

Geriatric physiotherapy consultation at your home* | 60 minutes including cycling time | € 92,35 |

If you cannot attend your appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment and cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged for the appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to inform us, you will be charged for a missed appointment. The fee for a missed appointment is 70% of the fee for the treatment booked. This fee will not be reimbursed by your insurer.
Reimbursement for conditions on the ‘Chronic List’ with basic insurance
The Dutch government has published a list of chronic conditions. These conditions are covered by basic health insurance. However, the rules are complicated. Please bear in mind that you will generally have to pay for the first 20 treatments yourself (or claim reimbursement through a supplementary policy). Also bear in mind that a policy excess will apply with your basic policy.
If, in the last 12 months, you received physiotherapy for a chronic condition that was fully covered by basic insurance, you will be entitled to reimbursement with basic insurance in years that follow. If you are unsure whether you are covered, please contact your health insurer. They can inform you about the exact extent of your coverage.
